 The Spirit Airlines Group Travel program offers spirit airlines group travel one guaranteed price for all customers travelling with the group. Group travel is not discounted travel. Group rates quoted are guaranteed for 24 hours.

  • Name changes can be made free of charge up to 30 days before schedule departure

WHO CAN USE THE SPIRIT AIRLINES GROUP PROGRAM?

 

Any group of 10 or more customers travelling on the same itinerary can take advantage of the group program.

 

HOW DO I UTILISE THE SPIRIT AIRLINES GROUP PROGRAM?

Group travel quote requests will only be accepted by completing the Group Form Request below. No quotes for group travel will be given over the phone. We will send you a quote within 3 business days with specific information about group travel on Spirit Airlines. If you have a question about a group you have already booked, you may contact your Specialist at the number listed in your contract. To better assist you with your group travel needs, please have your contract number or confirmation code ready when you call.

 

Other important information:

  • A non-refundable booking fee of $5.00 per person due to confirm a group reservation

  • A non-refundable deposit of $40 per person is due within 7 days of the booking if travel is outside of 60 days; for travel within 60 days, full payment is due at time of booking

  • Final payment along with name list is due 60 days prior to departure

  • Spirit accepts all major credit cards and checks. Multiple forms of payment cannot be accepted

  • A $50.00 fee applies per person for name changes less than 30 days of departure

  • Individual cancellations are not allowed on group bookings
